Work Hours: Flexible shift starting at 3:00 AM PH time but with a cut-off at 2:00 PM (Tues–Fri) and 3:00 PM on Saturdays
Salary: PHP25,000 – PHP75,000 (Not hourly! You get paid based on the work you complete.) Paid bi-weekly via Wise.

Who We’re Looking For:
1. We need 4 amazing Virtual Assistants to scrape and organize real estate data! No, this is not the kind of scraping that leaves scratches—this is about digging deep into county records, organizing data in Excel, and making sure everything is accurate.
2. Are you super detail-oriented? (Like, can you spot a typo from a mile away?)
3. Do you love working with data and making sure everything is correct?
4. Are you a pro at Excel and familiar with real estate terms?
5. Can you focus and not make errors? (Seriously, we need perfectionists!)
6. Oh, and just to make sure you’re reading this carefully, add "I LOVE WATERMELONS" in your message to us. (If you skip this, we’ll know you didn’t pay attention!)

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Scraping real estate data from county websites
2. Organizing and cleaning up data in Excel
3. Making sure all the details are accurate (mistakes are a no-go!)
4. Working independently and getting things done!

Work Setup & Pay:
1. Flexible shift: Start anytime from 3:00 AM onwards but must finish by 2:00 PM (Tues–Fri) and 3:00 PM (Sat)
2. Not paid hourly – You earn based on the data you scrape. The more accurate work you do, the more you make!
3. Salary range: PHP25,000 – PHP75,000/month (Your effort = your earnings! With more potential for higher earnings with more data coming!)
4. Paid bi-weekly via Wise.
