• Advertise job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites
• Maintain an updated list of active job openings and communicate this internally
• Review and screen resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates based on job requirements
• You will manage
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
• Provide candidates with necessary information about interview logistics, including location, format, and expectations
• Maintain accurate records of all applicants
• Support with the feedback to candidates’ post-interview, and assist in managing offer letters, contracts & rejections
• Onboarding to include DBS checks, Right to work Checks, obtaining references, sending out contracts, setting up new employees in the HR system
• Maintain DBS matrix and send out for and follow up on references
• Support the team with recruitment projects, job fairs & any special recruitment initiatives
• Support company inductions, including liaising with the appropriate departments to ensure all the mandatory/ essential to role training has been delivered, recorded and authorised
• Deliver reports on recruitment performance and candidate pipeline.
•• Assist with wider HR administration, such as processing contracts, updating spreadsheets and managing queries
This is a role for a care company in England. You will need to be available for around 3-4 hours during the day in English time (9-5PM and zone and for 1 hour in the evening in English timezone. Many calls you make will be after 8 PM GMT when people have finished work. You will also need to make calls with candidates at weekends, as our target is to respond to job applications within 30 minutes whenever they are received.
