We are looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Sales Manager/ISA to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to leads through phone calls,
Utilize a U.S. phone number for outbound prospecting and follow-up calls.
Conduct cold calling to generate new listing opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Set up appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
Manage and nurture leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
Work closely with the team to provide insights, updates, and feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all client interactions.
Collaborate on creating and executing sales campaigns and follow-up plans.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate cold calling or inside sales is required.
Familiarity with KW Command and CTE tools is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to successfully prospect and convert leads into appointments.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss).
Ability to utilize a U.S. phone number for calls.
A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
High-speed internet, reliable computer, and a quiet workspace.
