About Us:
Wheatland Health Academy (WHA) is a growing healthcare training institution that provides high-quality workforce development and continuing education programs. We offer courses in Phlebotomy, EKG, CPR, and other allied health programs to prepare students for national certification and career advancement.
We seek a highly motivated Academic & Sales Coordinator to support our academy’s operations and drive student enrollment. This role requires a blend of customer service, academic administration, and sales skills to engage prospective students and streamline the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
? Sales & Student Enrollment:
-Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone,
- Guide students through the enrollment process and provide information on courses, requirements, and pricing.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into enrolled students.
-Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new students.
? Academic Coordination & Administration:
-Assist with scheduling classes, coordinating with instructors, and ensuring a smooth student experience.
- Manage student records, course registrations, and compliance documentation.
-Support instructors with administrative tasks and training logistics.
? Marketing & Outreach:
-Engage with potential students on social media and other platforms to promote WHA’s courses.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and track student recruitment success.
-Provide insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
? Customer Service & Student Support:
- Answer student inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout their learning journey.
- Handle concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure students have access to the necessary course materials and support resources.
Qualifications:
? Experience in sales, customer service, academic coordination, or admissions (preferred).
? Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
? Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, Microsoft office, and scheduling platforms.
? Background in healthcare or education is a required
