We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor & Content Creator who understands storytelling, audience engagement, and lead generation.

This is NOT a basic video editing job—we need someone who knows how to produce high-converting videos for paid ads, social media, and YouTube SEO.

If you have experience creating videos for lead generation in Real Estate or Roofing/Home Services, you’ll have a major advantage!

???? Key Responsibilities
1?? Video Editing & Production
Edit and produce short-form & long-form videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Add engaging text overlays, transitions, animations, and motion graphics.
Edit video ads & social media content optimized for conversion.
Create YouTube thumbnails, IG story videos, and ad creatives.
2?? Content Creation & Strategy
Work with the marketing team to develop scripts & storyboards for high-converting video content.
Edit videos to align with performance marketing insights.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
3?? Video SEO & Lead Generation Optimization
Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube SEO.
Implement A/B testing on video styles, CTAs, and messaging.
Create video landing pages and ads designed for lead generation.
???? Requirements (Must-Haves)
? 3+ years of video editing & content creation experience.
? Experience creating high-converting video ads (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
? Knowledge of YouTube SEO, video ranking strategies & engagement metrics.
? Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok video trends.
? Excellent storytelling and pacing skills.
? Ability to create scroll-stopping ad creatives that generate leads.

???? Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
? Experience editing videos for Roofing, Home Services, or Real Estate clients.
? Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or video funnel landing pages.
? Knowledge of AI video tools (Synthesia, Descript, or Pictory AI).
