Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer (Remote)

What we're looking for

We are looking for an all-around Visual Designer to join our team. You should be passionate about graphic, branding, web design and would enjoy working with the marketing team to create meaningful digital experiences for end users. We love what we do, and we want a designer who shares our passion.

Responsibilities

- Design everything digital (websites, landing pages, newsletter templates, promotional materials, banners, posters, flyers, vouchers, brochures, google, and Facebook ads)
- Create captivating brand identities and ensure brand consistency across teams.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional web design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with UX, asking hard questions about the customers and take time to understand them
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS capabilities/limitations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, noise cancelling headset and a quiet workspace.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Open to working overnight shifts in Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in graphic design with strong typography and visual composition skills
- Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Understanding of front-end development concepts
- Experience with animation and motion design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
