About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Landing Page Designer & CRO Specialist to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for building, adjusting, and optimizing WordPress landing pages using the Divi theme.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and can quickly implement high-converting, mobile-first landing pages designed for SMS traffic and fast conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and edit multiple Divi landing pages per day using existing templates.
- Create mobile-optimized, SMS-friendly landing pages for quick conversions.
- Implement A/B testing changes to improve conversion rates.
- Adjust page layouts, CTAs, forms, and copy to increase engagement.
- Ensure all pages are lightweight, fast-loading, and mobile-responsive.
- Follow SEO best practices for on-page elements.
- Analyze page performance and suggest improvements based on heatmaps, analytics, and user behavior.
- Work efficiently and communicate updates via Slack.

Requirements
- Proven experience designing & optimizing Divi landing pages.
- CRO knowledge (understanding of CTA placement, user flow, A/B testing).
- Ability to rapidly build & edit multiple pages daily based on templates.
- Experience creating mobile-first, high-converting landing pages for SMS traffic.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other tracking tools (preferred).
- Strong eye for design & UX best practices.
- Basic HTML & CSS skills (preferred, but not required).
- Portfolio showcasing past landing page work & proven results.

Technical & Future Leadership Requirements
- Fast, Stable Internet Connection – You must have a reliable connection capable of handling Divi, multiple applications, and Slack video conferences without lag.
- Time Zone Requirements – For the first 30 days, you must be available to work New York time zone hours. After that, we can negotiate a flexible overlapping schedule that works for both sides.
- Future Growth & Leadership Opportunity – Our company is growing fast, and this role is expected to take on managerial responsibilities in the future. Within months, you may oversee a team of 10-12 specialists across various roles, including landing page designers, SEO specialists, content creators, and customer service representatives. A salary increase will accompany this expanded role.
