Quality Analyst (Medical Background)

We are a medico-legal company looking for a highly skilled Quality Analyst with a medical background to join our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong English proficiency, and a solid understanding of medical terminology to ensure the accuracy and clarity of our reports and documents.

**** This is a full-time remote position with an 8-hour shift aligned to Pacific Time: 11 PM – 8 AM (Manila time).

Responsibilities:
- Review written medico-legal reports for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style consistency.
- Ensure medical accuracy and alignment with legal and industry guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance content quality.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, or any related medical field.
- Strong command of medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Exceptional English grammar and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or editing is a plus.
