Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Cold Caller (Wholesaling)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our wholesaling team as a Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential property sellers, and setting appointments for our team. If you have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a keen interest in real estate, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential property sellers
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the wholesaling team
- Accurately record call outcomes and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to refine scripts and improve calling strategies
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email as needed

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or related roles is preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Interest or experience in real estate wholesaling is a plus
- Must be available to work full-time and adapt to a fast-paced environment
