Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled web developer who excels in both Webflow and Figma to create custom, responsive websites from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities paired with technical expertise to build sophisticated, client-ready websites that are both beautiful and functional.
Responsibilities

Translate designs from Figma to fully-functional Webflow websites
Build custom, responsive websites with clean code and optimized performance
Implement advanced interactions and animations using Webflow's native capabilities
Create reusable components and design systems for scalability
Set up CMS collections and dynamic content for client-managed websites
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility standards
Collaborate with designers to ensure design integrity throughout development
Problem-solve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
Document development processes and train clients on website management

Requirements

Proven experience building professional websites with Webflow (minimum 2 years)
Strong proficiency with Figma for collaborative design workflows
Advanced knowledge of Webflow's CMS, interactions, and custom code integration
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow sites you've developed
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
Attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect implementation
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with Webflow's API and third-party integrations
Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with e-commerce website development
Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
