Legal Intake Specialist

We are looking for a Full-Time Legal Intake Specialists. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a crucial role in managing their first impression of our firm.

Weekends required - time off during the week.

Your main responsibility will be to provide a supportive and professional initial interaction while efficiently gathering essential case information. From there you'll be responsible for scheduling our potential client for a case evaluation with one of expert our Client Engagement Specialists.

Responsibilities
-Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from potential clients, providing a friendly, empathetic, and professional first impression
- Conduct initial screening of potential clients to determine the nature of their legal issues and their fit for our firm
- Gather and accurately record detailed and confidential information in our client relationship management (CRM) system
- Schedule consultations between potential clients and our Client Engagement team
- Provide clients with information about our firm’s services and practices and help them understand next steps
- Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy, Emotional IQ
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office management tools
- Customer Service and/or sales experience
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous legal experience a plus
