Qualifications:
???? Experience: Minimum 1 year in e-commerce customer support (fashion industry preferred)
???? Shopify Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience handling chargebacks and refunds
???? English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English
???? Detail-Oriented: Must follow procedures and ensure accurate customer communication
???? Feedback-Driven: Must be proactive in giving feedback and implementing improvements
