Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Compensation: Commission-based ($50 per signed Property Management Agreement)
No Fixed Salary
Payment Schedule: 10th and 25th of each month via VEEM

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our property management services. This role is crucial in driving business growth through targeted lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies using digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
Research industry trends and market opportunities to identify potential clients.
Qualify leads through inbound and outbound outreach efforts.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the Sales team to improve campaigns and lead conversion rates.

Requirements

Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in real estate).
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
