Job Overview:

We're seeking a creative and proactive Administrative and Marketing Assistant with ***C2-level++ (Think C4)*** English to join our team. You will bring innovative ideas and take the initiative in supporting our marketing efforts through Digital Content, SEO, and Facebook/Google Ads Experience.

Role Overview:

As a key part of our administrative and marketing team, you'll collaborate with our sales and marketing manager across all phases of marketing campaigns. Your contributions will help grow and sustain our marketing channels.

Key Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills – Imagine C4 - (C2-level++).
Familiarity with CRM Tools.
Ability to import and export files accurately.
Attention to Detail – Precision is essential in this role.
Exposure to Online Analytics and Google AdWords.
Familiarity with ChatGPT formulas in Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets, including standard functions and formulas.
Ability to create visually appealing graphics using Graphic Design tools.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMRUSH, Branalyzer, Labrika, Screpy, or NeuronWriter.
Basic understanding of Local SEO principles and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute marketing materials.
Prepare promotional presentations.
Track and analyze social media metrics.
Collect data from marketing campaigns.
Perform keyword research and optimize content.
Use Google Analytics for performance reporting.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
Monitor social media trends for campaign relevance.
Assist in managing and updating CRM systems and company databases.
Support marketing and advertising activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, web).

Other Good-To-Have Skills:

Adaptability to new marketing tools and technologies.
Passionate about marketing and industry best practices.
Basic skills in managing and organizing emails effectively.
Familiarity with ChatGPT and social media scheduling software is a plus.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
Understanding of basic marketing concepts, industry trends, and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Exposure to digital marketing, social media strategy, market research, or data analytics.
Basic knowledge of web tools and conducting online research.
