**Job Description: Allocation Officer**

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Allocation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, coordinating care services, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of support. Additionally, this role will include staff rostering and HR administration tasks. A strong knowledge of rostering software is required for this position. The candidate should provide essential in-home care and social services to individuals with disabilities and the elderly. A high level of fluency in the English language, strong problem-solving skills, and a high IQ are essential. Priority will be given to those with experience working for an Australian employer or in the Home Care and Nursing sectors. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assess client needs and preferences to allocate appropriate care services.
- Coordinate with care staff and service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments and service allocations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Monitor service delivery and make adjustments as necessary to meet client needs.
- Stay informed about community resources and services available for clients.
- Manage staff rostering using rostering software to ensure adequate coverage and optimize service delivery.
- Assist with HR administration tasks, including onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in care coordination or social services is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in rostering software is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
