We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has a keen eye for detail, and can transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality content.

1. Experience & Background
? 3+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for UGC ads & VSLs in a DTC/eCommerce brand.
? Strong understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology.
? Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social ad creatives.
? Experience working alongside media buyers and performance marketing teams.
2. Technical Skills
?? Expert-level proficiency in different video editing softwares
?? Strong skills in motion graphics, typography animation, and kinetic text.
?? Experience in A/B testing creatives and iterating based on performance data.
?? ClickUp proficiency for task and workflow management.
?? Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
3. Soft Skills & Work Ethic
?? Detail-oriented with a fast turnaround time.
?? Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a creative team.

Job Requirements
1. UGC & VSL Editing (Direct Response Focus)
Edit UGC ads & VSLs tailored for high-converting paid media campaigns
Implement direct-response storytelling techniques to maximize engagement and conversions.
Structure videos with strong hooks, clear problem-solution storytelling, and compelling CTAs.
Utilize motion graphics, kinetic text, captions, and sound effects to enhance viewer retention.
Ensure all content is optimized for DTC eCommerce marketing strategies.
2. Performance-Driven Creative Production
Analyze ad performance data (CTR, watch time, ROAS, engagement) and optimize creatives accordingly.
A/B test multiple versions of the same creative to determine best-performing variations.
Adapt videos based on media buyers’ feedback and direct-response best practices.
Stay up-to-date with trending ad formats and editing styles to improve content effectiveness.
3. Workflow & Collaboration
Manage tasks in ClickUp to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate with the creative strategist, copywriters, and media buyers to align on messaging and performance goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new video concepts and ad angles.
Maintain an organized content library for easy access to past creatives and assets.
