Role: Google Ads/SEO Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote

We are seeking a Search Engine Marketing Specialist / Digital Ads Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and analytics to take ownership of our lead generation activities and funnel building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid and organic search strategies to generate high-quality, warm leads for our business as well as improving organic SEO results for our website and online content.
This is a high-impact, strategic role reporting directly to the company principal. The ideal candidate will be focused on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI and can manage campaigns independently while keeping leadership informed. Responsibilities: Paid Search/SEM (Google Ads & PPC) and SEO
· Develop & Execute Strategy – Plan, manage, and execute Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing, to drive high-intent inbound leads. Optimize website content, metadata, and link-building strategies to increase organic traffic.
· Campaign Optimization – Continuously test, adjust, and refine ads, bidding strategies, and keywords to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Ensure proper website structure, indexing, and keyword strategy for search rankings.
· Local SEO & Google My Business – Optimize for local search rankings and ensure strong visibility in key regions.
· Keyword Research & Buying – Identify and purchase high-performing search terms to enhance visibility and maximize conversions.
· Landing Page Strategy – Work with internal teams (or independently) to optimize landing pages for ad performance, ensuring alignment with ad copy and user intent. Provide guidance on blog topics, landing pages, and website updates to improve SEO authority and lead generation.
· Tracking & Analytics – Set up and monitor key performance metrics in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure ROI. Interpret data for lead attribution, conversion tracking, and audience insights.
· Budget & Performance Reporting – Manage ad spend efficiently, provide reports to the company principal, and make data-backed recommendations for scaling campaigns.
· Competitor & Market Analysis – Monitor trends, conduct competitor analysis and audience targeting, do keyword research and review new ad features to maintain a competitive edge.
· Lead Generation Focus – Ensure ads drive warm leads by targeting profitable businesses in the industrial sector. Track and measure lead quality and conversion success

Education / Qualifications
· Minimum 3+ years experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion tracking.
· Experience working in B2B industries, ideally within financial services, professional service, commercial real estate, or industrial sectors.
· Google Ads certification
· Fluent in English
Technical & Marketing Skills
· Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
· Strong knowledge of SEO principles and their relationship with PPC strategies.
· Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
· Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch lead tracking.
· Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Approximate Ad Budget
$1,000 - $1,500/month, with potential to increase contingent on performance and ROI of ad spend.
