Real Estate Sales Development Representative

We are Scout Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Austin TX.

We are looking for 2 Experienced cold call setters to join our team and start immediately. We have 2 available positions: one for a 6-hour cold call role and one for a 4-hour per day cold call role, and are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position.

Requirements:
- Minimum - 6 months of cold calling experience
- Fluent in US English with no accent
- Available to work:
4-hour role: 21:00-01:00 Philippines time
6-hour role: 02:00-08:00 Philippines time
- Real estate experience is a plus
- Experience with Mojodialer is a plus
- Take good call notes

Compensation:
- $4 USD/hour base pay
- $100 USD commission per closed deal
- Remote work
- We pay for software
- Immediate start

Trial Period:
You’ll start with a 30-day trial period to assess performance and KPIs. To pass the trial, you’ll need to:
- 1 Sick Day, 1 Lateness during trial month or you can be terminated immediately
- Generate 40 leads for the 4-hour role (Minimum 8 leads per week)
- Generate 60 leads for the 6-hour role (Minimum 12 leads per week)

During the trial, salary will be $3 USD/hour until you meet 40/60 leads requirements. Based on our data you should generate 1 lead per 100 calls, our script is simple and effective. If you can’t meet minimum lead requirements during trial every week we
will terminate our employment agreement.
