We are a high-end beauty spa in the USA, specializing in advanced skincare treatments. We’re looking for a well-rounded Virtual Lead Generation & Social Media Manager to help grow our business through strategic marketing, lead generation, and automation.
Who You Are:
• You have a strong interest and/or experience in the beauty industry, medical sales, spa sales, or human biology.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable handling client communications.
• You are tech-savvy and familiar with digital marketing, lead generation tools, and automation.
• You can work EST hours to align with our spa’s schedule.
Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation & Sales Support:
• Set up, test, and manage lead generation campaigns using paid ads and automation tools.
• Design marketing ads,
• Monitor and optimize ad performance for better conversions.
• Use tools like RingCentral, Go High Level, Zapier, Meta Business Suite, and Gmail for lead nurturing and sales.
? Social Media & Reputation Management:
• Create, schedule, and optimize social media content for engagement and conversions.
• Research and implement relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO strategies.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google & social platforms).
Compensation:
• Base Pay: $3 per hour
• Commission: Tiered commission structure based on lead conversions and bookings.
