JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to oversee and execute our social media strategy. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and driving engagement with our audience. The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, highly organized, and passionate about storytelling through visual and written content.


Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly social media content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Monitor social media trends, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
Content Creation:

Create high-quality, original content (photos, videos, infographics, blog posts) tailored to each social media platform.
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content that aligns with company goals and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, and product) to create cohesive, cross-channel content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
Brand Awareness & Engagement:

Develop creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Track, report, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, or other external stakeholders to enhance brand partnerships.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
Strong portfolio of creative content (writing, photography, videography, design).
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
[Optional: Experience with paid social media campaigns or influencer marketing is a plus.]
Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with video production and editing.
Passion for storytelling and keeping up with digital trends.
