Highly Experienced Operations/Project Manager Required

We need a highly experienced Operations Manger to help with various project management tasks related to our company.

We are an Internet marketing company that participates in selling various digital products online and in affiliate marketing.

It is vital that you have an excellent level of English language as you will be required to contact people on behalf of our company via email.

We are looking for a very experienced operations manager who can join our team and bring some order to the various projects we have running at the same time and to liaise with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure that the necessary work is being done.

You must be highly organised and have experience of running projects before.

Although we are looking for a highly experienced operations manager, it is not important if you have never done it for an Internet marketing company before as we will onboard you and train you to how we work.

The most important thing is that you are efficient at project management.

We expect you to bring systems and processes on board and to set up efficient lines of communication between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including the setting of KPIs.

In addition you will ensure that all projects are being ran smoothly and deadlines are met.

You can also introduce project management software if you feel it is viable, although we are currently using Slack and Clickup at the Upgrade to see actual infont.

We currently have a small team of 6 woking on various tasks that you will be expected to manage.

We are looking for exclusivity and someone who is available to only work for our company and not freelancing part time with others. if you have too much work on at the Upgrade to see actual infont then please do not bid if you don't have the time to do this job exclusively.

Also please do not bid if you have never done any project management work before as we only want experienced people..

So you should have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn new skills and be efficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs.

We also require weekly team zoom calls

As mentioned before if you are good at your job we want to make a long time partnership of this.

The starting salary is also up for immediate review if you prove yourself to our company.

This is not a role for a VA or someone who has never done project management before and wants to learn on the job and we will not consider these applicants.
