UI/UX Website Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer that can handle a variety of design tasks and project management.

The right individual can manage the internal designs work for our company and client projects

Job tasks
- Most important client task: Create and edit website templates in Figma. If you have extensive Figma skills, please don't apply.
- Create branding marketing material for clients- social media, branding kit, print, Facebook cover, etc
- Help create images for our personal website and social media while staying on brand
- Can clearly interact directly with clients and manage the project based on a timeline
- Create social media images from text or a blog post

Skills and requirements needed:
- Illustrator and Figma are musts. Canva is also good but not mandatory
- Good concept to execution skills. Meaning can creatively come up with new design concepts from agent requests.
- Can build a desktop to mobile responsive template
- Creative and not just a plug and play designer. Meaning if you are only good at using a Canva template, please don't apply. Looking for someone with an artistic and creative skillset
- Can work United States hours
- A problem solver and can figure things out on your own without asking for clarification for each thing. We need someone to take care and own the process

Compensation will start at $12/hr and go up based on duration with the company and personal skillset.
