JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. You will be handling customer interactions using AI-powered tools to ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality support. Your Role Would Include:
Managing customer support inquiries via our WhatsApp-based support system.
Using AI tools (Claude/GPT) to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate responses.
Handling customer concerns, tracking issues, and ensuring a smooth resolution process.
Assisting in improving automated responses and AI prompts to enhance support efficiency.

Prefer Past Experience With the Following:
Customer Service (Required): Strong ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
AI Tools (Claude/GPT) (Required): Experience using AI for customer communication and automation.
Upgrade to see actual info (Preferred): Basic experience with project management tools.
