Real Estate Sales Representative

We are Nova Pulse, a fast-growing agency helping real estate agents, brokers, and investors in the USA get more clients. We are looking for a Sales Representative (Closer) to help us close deals, negotiate contracts, and turn leads into paying clients.

Position: Sales Representative (Closer)
Work Type: Remote, part-time

Responsibilities:
>> Communicating with real estate agents, brokers, investors, and private clients
>> Presenting offers, conducting sales calls, and closing deals
>> Negotiating terms of cooperation
>> Building relationships with clients and keeping them engaged
>> Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
>> Working with CRM and sales tools
>> Working with the Lead Generation and Cold Calling team

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales (real estate preferred)
- Neutral or American accent
- Confident and strong voice
- Fluent English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in an ambitious team
- Flexible and adaptable – able to adjust strategies based on client needs
