SEO Content Writer -- Cannabis & Kratom

Now Hiring: SEO Content Writer for Kratom, Hemp, Cannabis & Mushroom Ecommerce

We are an established online ecommerce company specializing in kratom, hemp, cannabis, and mushroom products, and we're on the hunt for a self-driven, SEO-savvy content writer to join our team!

What We're Looking For:
We need a highly skilled writer who understands SEO fundamentals and can create engaging, original, and well-researched content that drives traffic and converts readers into customers.

Responsibilities:
-Write a minimum of 10 product descriptions daily. ( We do not always have 10 items to right about but we state this incase we attend a trade show and buy a lot of new products)
- Create content for blog posts, web pages (home, service, about us, location, product pages), and marketing materials.
- Follow SEO best practices, including keyword placement, H1/H2/H3 structuring, metadata optimization, and internal linking.
- Ensure a Flesch Reading Score of 60+ for readability and engagement.
- Use Grammarly Premium (or equivalent) for error-free writing. (we provide the subscription access)
- Use Yoast Premium and Ahrefs (or equivalent) for best practices ( we also provide these tools )
- Use SurferSEO (we also provide this)
- Use of ChatGPT to assist with outline etc (not to create the content) (we also provide this tool)
- Conduct in-depth research using credible sources and plagiarism-checking tools.
- Adapt to in-house formatting styles when necessary.
