Hiring: Full-Time Marketing Analyst (Remote - Work PST Hours!)

- Salary: $800/month | - Remote | - Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM PST (Monday - Friday)

- About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for video editing, graphic design, email marketing, social media content creation, and copywriting while supporting our marketing efforts. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital marketing, this role is for you!

- What You’ll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)

- Video Editing – Create and edit high-quality marketing videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro.

- Graphic Design – Design social media content, email graphics, and marketing materials using Photoshop & Canva.

- Email Marketing – Build and manage campaigns using MailChimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms.

- Salesforce Reporting – Generate reports and update CRM records (basic knowledge required).

- Social Media Content Creation – Design, write captions, and schedule engaging posts.

- Copywriting for Email, Social Media & Landing Pages – Write engaging, persuasive copy that drives conversions.

- Basic WordPress Updates – Edit text, images, and pages using Elementor or Divi.

- Market & Competitor Research – Research trends and analyze competitors for insights.

- Basic Google Analytics / GA4 Knowledge – Track and interpret performance metrics.

- SEO Basics – Apply SEO best practices to written content and website updates.

- Strong Communication Skills – Collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.


- What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

> At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a similar role.

> Proficiency in CapCut or Premiere Pro (for video editing).

>Proficiency in Photoshop & Canva (for graphic design).

> Experience with MailChimp, SendGrid, or similar email marketing tools.

> Basic understanding of Salesforce (report generation & data updates).

> Strong writing skills – ability to write email copy, social media captions, and landing page content.

> Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor/Divi) for minor updates.

> Comfortable working in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.

> Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.

> Reliable and able to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST (Monday - Friday).
