n8n Expert for Business Process & Marketing Systems

We are looking for a skilled automation specialist to build and enhance sophisticated business process and marketing automation systems as we transition our automation process to n8n and MCPs. Salary
Automation Specialist starting at $12/hour and can increase based on experience and credentials. We expect about 10 hours per week initially. We can increase hours over time based on project demands and your capabilities. We expect you to continuously refine your automation skills and take on increasingly complex projects.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement workflow automation using Upgrade to see actual info and n8n
Knowledge of MCPs and their application in automation
Enhance our existing RFP Assistant system with additional features and integrations
Create intelligent email communication systems for business process tracking
Build integrations between Airtable, Microsoft 365, and other business platforms
Set up document parsing and date extraction systems
Deploy marketing automation workflows for lead generation and nurturing
Configure email outreach campaigns with proper warmup sequences
Implement web scraping solutions to gather targeted lead data
Set up lead enrichment and qualification processes
Create dashboards for monitoring automation performance
Implement error handling and notification systems
Develop AI agent integrations for workflow assistance
Optimize automations for reliability and performance

Key Requirements

Available 2-3 hours during US business hours (EST)
Proven experience with Upgrade to see actual info and/or n8n
Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks
Experience with AI tools and agent implementation
Familiar with marketing automation and lead generation tools
Experience with email warmup and outreach platforms
Knowledge of web scraping and data extraction techniques
Comfortable with JSON, regex, and data transformation
Ability to create detailed automation documentation
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

n8n or Upgrade to see actual info expert-level proficiency (modules, webhooks, complex scenarios, workflow design)
Advanced understanding of n8n integration patterns and best practices
Experience creating custom n8n nodes and workflow templates
n8n troubleshooting and performance optimization expertise
Microsoft 365 integration experience (email automation, calendar management)
Experience with AI tools and agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Airtable data structure design and API usage
Experience with APIFY for web scraping and data extraction
Knowledge of email warmup tools (Instantly)
Experience with lead sourcing platforms (Apollo)
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
Experience with conditional logic and workflow branching in n8n
CSV file aggregation and data transformation within n8n workflows
API integration capabilities (REST, authentication methods)
Experience building scalable n8n automation solutions
