JOB OVERVIEW

Zoft Clean, A US cleaning company is seeking a highly driven administrative professional to remotely manage their operations. The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the cleaning business, ensuring all cleaning services are delivered to clients according to contract specifications, managing staff schedules, maintaining quality standards, resolving client concerns, and optimizing operational efficiency by controlling costs and ensuring proper resource allocation across all cleaning sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staff Management:
• Recruit, hire, and train new cleaning staff.
• Assign cleaning tasks to staff based on skillsets and client requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping and payroll
• Address employee concerns and disciplinary issues.
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Investigate iUpgrade to see actual info, document complaints and address customers complaints promptly
• Ensure client contracts are adhered to and service standards are met.
• Carry out periodic Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure customer’s expectations are being met and address any issues.
• Administrative Work
• Work with the Lead Cleaner to generate and submit a Cleaning Proposal
• Operational Oversight:
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality control standards.
• Monitor cleaning performance at all assigned sites through regular inspections.
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Optimize cleaning routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and address operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Contract Sourcing
• Source for new business by calling leads and sending cold e-mails.
• Bid on cleaning contracts on both government and private contract sourcing platforms
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage cleaning budgets.
• Track cleaning costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Analyze financial reports to assess operational performance.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and workplace standards.
• Maintain necessary documentation regarding cleaning activities and employee records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in any managerial role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Experience in the commercial cleaning industry preferred
