We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GHL's AI features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Feature Implementation and Management

- Voice AI: Set up and maintain the Voice AI feature to handle inbound calls, collect caller information, manage appointments, qualify leads, and initiate voice surveys. Ensure high-quality, natural voice interactions and seamless integration with existing systems.

- Conversation AI: Deploy and manage Conversation AI across multiple channels, including SMS, Live Chat, Facebook, and Instagram. Configure the AI to provide 24/7 customer support, book appointments in real time, and offer product recommendations, ensuring personalized and accurate responses.

- Reviews AI: Automate the process of monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms like Google and Facebook. Customize responses based on review ratings and timing to enhance online reputation and gather valuable customer insights.

- Content AI: Utilize Content AI to generate high-quality content for blogs, social media posts, emails, and more. Ensure the content aligns with the brand's voice and meets marketing objectives.

- Workflow AI Assistant: Design and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate business processes such as lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer onboarding. Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.

- Funnel AI: Develop and maintain AI-driven sales funnels to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. Utilize AI insights to optimize customer journeys and improve funnel performance.

Training and Support:
- Provide training to internal teams on utilizing GHL's AI features effectively.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Regularly analyze the performance of AI tools and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel's AI features.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
