Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the editing process from start to finish, ensuring all video projects align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Utilize advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and create visually stunning beauty content.
- Apply beauty-specific editing techniques, such as skin smoothing, color correction, and makeup enhancement, to achieve a polished and professional look.
- Edit content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, editing styles, and social media best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Work closely with the team to oversee color correction, audio mixing, and final mastering of videos, ensuring a flawless finish.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail, particularly in beauty and aesthetic-driven content
- Excellent communication skills with a strong responsiveness to team interactions and feedback (very important!)
- Willingness to improve and listen (very important!)
- Ability to handle videos longer than 15 minutes and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with beauty brands, influencers, and industry trends is a plus

Note: Initially, working hours are flexible but are expected to become more consistent in the following months.
