JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to help me scale my online mentorship business by managing manual outreach campaigns and booking high-quality appointments. This role involves competitor analysis, Instagram outreach, and lead qualification.

You’ll be working directly with me to implement a proven game plan that generates high-ticket leads for mentorships.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Competitor Analysis & Prospect Identification:
Research and identify ideal prospects from competitor accounts.
Create a “Dream 100” list of high-potential leads.

2. Outreach & Engagement:
Execute daily outreach (50+ accounts) via Instagram engagement (likes, comments, DMs).
Write personalized, engaging messages to start conversations.
Use tools like ChatGPT/DeepSeek to assist with Dutch-language messages (some prospects may speak Dutch).

3. Lead Qualification & Booking:
Track responses and manage conversations using a simple CRM.
Book qualified calls and follow up with leads to ensure attendance.

4. Reporting & Optimization:
Provide daily/weekly reports on outreach performance.
Suggest improvements to increase response and booking rates.

Requirements:
Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Strong written communication skills (English is a must; Dutch is a bonus).
Familiarity with Instagram outreach and engagement strategies.
Ability to use tools like ChatGPT/DeepSeek for multilingual support (Dutch).
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of ecom, tech, or real estate industries (preferred but not required).
Has worked with Calendly
