We're looking for a skilled Book Designer to create a compelling cover and professional interior layout for our upcoming career consulting book, which teaches job seekers how to land roles with their dream creators. This book will be a mix of motivational guidance and actionable strategies, and we need a designer who can bring a polished, engaging, and reader-friendly design to life.

Your Role:

• Cover Design -- Develop a visually striking book cover that aligns with the theme of career growth, networking, and job success.

• Typography & Layout -- Design a clean, modern, and easy-to-read interior layout, ensuring readability and flow.

• Formatting -- Prepare the book for both print and digital formats (Kindle, paperback, and hardcover).

• Visual Elements -- Incorporate any charts, icons, or design elements that enhance clarity and engagement.

• Final Files -- Deliver all necessary print-ready and eBook-ready files.



Requirements:

• Proven experience in book design, with a portfolio showcasing cover and interior layout work.

• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, and reader-friendly formatting.

• Ability to design for both print and digital platforms (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.).

• Experience designing non-fiction or career-related books is a plus.

• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate on creative vision.
