Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Full-Time, Up to 40 Hours/Week)

*** Salary/Pay: $5 – $9 USD per hour (Approx. PHP 28,000 – PHP 50,000/month), depending on experience and skill level

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team full-time! You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across various industries, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and working with graphics and videos to ensure high-quality, on-brand content is consistently delivered.

What You’ll Do:
- Social Media Management: Oversee multiple accounts, schedule posts using social media tools, and tailor content to different audiences.
- Content Creation: Design compelling social media posts that align with trends, audience interests, and brand identity.
- Copywriting & AI Prompting: Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools effectively to craft engaging captions and post content that sounds natural to American English audiences—no awkward, "foreign-sounding" posts.
- Graphic Design: Work in Canva and Photoshop (access required) to create scroll-stopping, modern, and on-brand designs. You must go beyond templates and understand trending graphic design styles.
- Video Editing: Edit and repurpose short-form and long-form video content for social media. Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is ideal. Experience with tools like Opus.Pro, Minvo, CapCut, or similar for captions, emojis, and b-roll is a plus.
- Project Management: Stay organized, manage multiple accounts and tasks at once, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Continued Learning/Development: Stay up to date with new trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media, design, and video editing.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and video editing.
- Portfolio required (Website, Google Drive link, or other samples showcasing social media posts, graphics, and videos).
- Resume or CV listing previous social media/content creation roles with timeframes.
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week in a remote setting.
- Ability to use Canva or Photoshop (both preferred), and video editing software (Premiere (preferred), Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
- Experience with Opus.Pro or Minvo for AI-powered video content repurposing.
- Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies beyond just posting content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation for social media.

Compensation:
** $5 – $9 USD per hour (Depending on experience and skill level)
** Estimated Monthly Pay: PHP 28,000 – PHP 50,000 (currently paying via Wise with low fees)
