JT Media is a marketing agency that helps healthcare companies find new job candidates, and is in need of a part time (3hr/day, 5 days a week) appointment setter to do call applicants, vet them, and schedule them in for an interview. We desire to help fix the home healthcare industry in our country, and are trying to offer affordable services to a wide range of primarily family owned agencies.
Your primary role will be as follows:
1. appointment setting via calls. You will call job candidates as they submit our lead forms for days/weeks after to encourage them or assist them in filling out their full application, and/or to assist them in finding a orientation time and date that work for them to come in for a job interview.
2. answering questions from candidates who have texted you back from our automated texting systems. The end goal is to the same, to get them to submit full applications and later to book them for orientation.
For both tasks, you will need to reference our notion documents for each particular employer as your time will be split between multiple employers who need this service, each of which may have slightly different information. You will be encouraged to speak with a representative from each employer over teams to get information you might not know when answering clients, and to report on progress of candidates. Ideally you will grow to understand each employer's unique needs over time.
This is a part time role that will advance to full time as we add capacity in the form of new clients
Ideal candidate
- Has strong verbal and written English and communication skills
- Has experience with appointment setting
- Has experience with GoHighLevel
- Has experience with Teams or other communication platforms
- Has a reliable internet connection and laptop/desktop, or easy access to one
- Has strong attention to details when following instructions
- Has worked in recruiting before
Payment Structure
- $5/hr
We will provide training via loom videos, which you should use in tandem with our provided templates for optimal results
