Job Title: Medical Virtual Assistant - Medical Scribe [A-AM]
Position Type: Part-Time
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST
Work Days: Monday - Thursday
Salary: $6 - $8 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills, familiarity with medical terminology and fast typing abilities to provide live medical scribing support for a cardiologist in a medical clinic. The VA will be virtually present in a video conference room (Google Meet, Zoom, or other platforms) during the entire shift, assisting in real-time documentation of patient visits.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
1.Live scribing during patient visits, ensuring real-time documentation.
2.Accurately document all necessary details in real-time to ensure smooth workflow.
3.Ensure notes are completed to satisfaction by the end of the visit and ready for pasting before the next patient.
4.Scribe the following details with accuracy and completeness:
*History & Physical (H&P)
*Subjective Notes
*Cardiac Studies
*Assessment & Plan
*Other pertinent medical details as required.
5.Work with EPIC (EHR/EMR) system to complete and update patient records.
6.Maintain a fast, accurate, and thorough note-taking process.
7.Maintain a professional demeanor while the doctor is with patients.
8.Utilize WhatsApp or other communication tools as needed.

Requirements:
? Live medical scribing experience – ability to document patient encounters as they happen.
? Proficiency with EPIC (EHR/EMR) system is preferred.
? Strong English communication skills.
? Fast and accurate typing skills.
? Ability to work during clinic hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST, Mon-Thurs).
? Must not have any other clients or commitments during working hours.
? Strong attention to detail & ability to work efficiently.

Technical Requirements:

???? Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
???? Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
???? Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
???? Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
???? Availability for Live Video Scribing: Must keep the camera on during work hours.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
???? Patient notes must be completed accurately and in real-time.
???? All documentation should be ready for review before the next patient visit.

Deal Breakers:
? Inability to work during the specified live clinic hours.
? Poor internet connection affecting virtual presence.
? Lack of experience in live medical scribing
