We are seeking a CSR experienced with ServiceTitan CRM specifically with a background in customer service, particularly in the service industry with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with advanced proficiency in ServiceTitan, capable of handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.
As a CSR, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This role includes tasks such as, answering calls, booking jobs, keeping customer records updated, writing clear job summaries based on the information received from the customer about their current issues, and general administrative tasks.
The scheduled days for this role will be Wednesday to Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The company is located in the US Eastern Time Zone.
All Candidates must have mastery of the English language both verbal and written as the role is responsible for directly communicating with customer in multiple forms -
