We are looking for a highly motivated Webshop Store Manager to support our fast-growing Dutch supplement brand. As we scale with new product launches and expand into new markets, we need a hands-on manager who ensures operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:
Customer Experience Excellence – Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring every customer receives top-tier service.
Finance & Logistics Administration – Oversee order fulfillment and inventory management, track financial data, and manage order documentations.
Performance Tracking & Analysis – Monitor paid ads and Bol.com performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize growth.
Operational Accuracy – Ensure all processes are executed with precision and efficiency.
