LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist Responsibilities:

Sending connection requests and engaging with potential leads
Responding to messages and nurturing conversations
Engaging with posts by commenting and reacting strategically
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, partners, or influencers
Managing LinkedIn inbox and follow-ups
Tracking and reporting engagement and outreach success

Social Media Outreach Specialist Responsibilities:

Responding to DMs, comments, and mentions to engage with followers and customers
Conducting proactive outreach (e.g., messaging potential leads, influencers, or brand ambassadors)
Monitoring brand mentions and conversations
Building relationships with customers, partners, and influencers
Managing crisis responses or negative feedback
Tracking engagement metrics and reporting insights
Collaborating with marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

What We're Looking For:
? At least 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center, virtual assistance, or similar)
? At least 1 year data scraping experience
? Strong communication skills – professional yet warm and approachable
? Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
? Comfortable using social media for customer engagement
? Reliable & proactive – someone who takes initiative!
? Familiarity with both Brenda and Engagement Monster is a plus
