We are looking for a YouTube Content Specialist who can edit engaging videos, design clickable thumbnails, optimize for SEO, and assist with copywriting for scripts and captions. This is a remote, part-time position with potential for long-term collaboration.

???? What You’ll Do
? Video Editing & Copywriting (60%)
Edit long-form YouTube videos (8-12 mins) and YouTube Shorts (30-60 sec)
Enhance audio, visuals, and pacing for high engagement
Add subtitles, animations, and transitions where needed
Maintain Sundays Dawn’s clean, inspiring, and warm visual style
Suggest video ideas based on audience trends & brand positioning
Write compelling voiceover scripts for video narration

? Thumbnail Design (15%)
Create eye-catching thumbnails that encourage clicks
Use bold fonts, strong contrast, and engaging visuals
Ensure thumbnails align with the brand aesthetic

? SEO Optimization (15%)
Research keywords and tags to optimize video rankings
Write compelling titles and descriptions for YouTube videos
Help analyze YouTube analytics to refine content strategy

? Content Repurposing & Virtual Assistance (10%)
Repurpose YouTube content into Instagram Reels, TikToks & Shorts
Help schedule and post across platforms
Organize video files and track content calendar

???? An experienced video editor with a portfolio of educational/inspirational content
???? A strong copywriter who can craft compelling video scripts & captions
???? Creative & detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
???? Familiar with YouTube SEO & audience engagement strategies
???? Able to work independently & meet deadlines
???? Excited about calligraphy, creativity, and personal growth!

???? Requirements
? Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
? Experience with Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails
? Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO & analytics
? Strong copywriting skills for video scripts & captions & writing emails
? Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely

???? Compensation
???? USD $6.50 - $9 per hour (depending on experience)
? 8 hours per week (flexible schedule)
???? Rates are negotiable based on experience with potential for growth
