About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate Influencer Outreach Specialist to build meaningful partnerships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Your role will be pivotal in connecting our fashion ecommerce brand with creators who drive results, boost engagement, and align seamlessly with our vision.

Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and establish relationships with high-performing influencers in our target markets.

Manage negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and smooth collaboration from start to finish.

Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.

Requirements:

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Proven influencer marketing experience, with a strong track record in Instagram and YouTube outreach (TikTok experience highly preferred).

Prior experience in customer service or support is essential.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to suggest creative outreach strategies.

Excellent analytical skills to track and interpret performance metrics, translating them into actionable improvements.

Passion for fashion and understanding of industry trends is highly desirable.
