- Mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other pro editing tools
- Ability to craft high-energy, engaging edits that keep viewers hooked
- Strong storytelling skills—you know how to structure a video for max impact
- A deep understanding of YouTube trends, pacing, and retention tactics
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
