Objectives of this role:
• Support operational processes and customer care functions.
• Ensure efficient handling of customer service requests and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Assist in toner upsell programs and onboarding new customer sites.
Responsibilities:
• Manage support
• Process toner orders, generate purchase orders, and provide tracking updates to customers.
• Handle purchase orders, submit approval requests, create sales orders, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track copier equipment status using internal tools and assist customers with troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain CRM records by updating customer details, addresses, and contact information for reporting and marketing.
• Assist in onboarding new customer locations by uploading and organizing contact information.
• Support operational processes, including data reporting, order processing, and improving workflow efficiency.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Experience in administrative support, order processing, or customer service.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Experience in office equipment or copier industry operations.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and CRM management.
• Strong analytical skills for managing reports and process optimization.
