Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

The Operations Support TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber plays a vital role in ensuring smooth customer care and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for managing support emails, processing purchase orders, handling toner requests, and maintaining accurate data in the CRM. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Objectives of this role:
• Support operational processes and customer care functions.
• Ensure efficient handling of customer service requests and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Assist in toner upsell programs and onboarding new customer sites.

Responsibilities:
• Manage support emails, coordinate service requests with vendors, and update customers on service status.
• Process toner orders, generate purchase orders, and provide tracking updates to customers.
• Handle purchase orders, submit approval requests, create sales orders, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track copier equipment status using internal tools and assist customers with troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain CRM records by updating customer details, addresses, and contact information for reporting and marketing.
• Assist in onboarding new customer locations by uploading and organizing contact information.
• Support operational processes, including data reporting, order processing, and improving workflow efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Experience in administrative support, order processing, or customer service.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications
• Experience in office equipment or copier industry operations.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and CRM management.
• Strong analytical skills for managing reports and process optimization.
