JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (Real Estate) - Remote
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our commercial real estate business. This role involves database management, cold calling, and outreach. Later, you may also be trained in residential wholesaling.

Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Pull property data from Costar, cross-reference with ZoomInfo to gather names, phone numbers, and emails, then upload to Upgrade to see actual info (CRM).
- Outreach & Lead Generation: Cold call and email property owners and tenants using our templated scripts.
- Follow-up & Organization: Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Deal Bonuses: Earn finder's fees on any lead that results in a closed deal.

Position Details:

- Hours: 10-30 hours per week
- Schedule: 9 AM - 3 PM PST (California business hours)

Compensation:
- Hourly rate (discussed in the interview)
- Bonuses for deals closed from your outreach
- Residual bonuses from prior leads if closed
-Weekly payments (paid the following Monday)

Requirements:

- Cold calling experience or strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Tech-savvy (experience with data collection and CRM systems)

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience using ZoomInfo
Experience with Upgrade to see actual info (CRM)
Background in real estate
Previous experience cold calling or emailing leads
