We are now seeking a talented Content Creator and Strategist to join our team and elevate our online presence across multiple platforms.

Role Overview
As our Content Creator and Strategist, you'll be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to grow our online presence. You'll work across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as contribute to our website blog.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies for social media and our website blog

Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms

Design graphics and edit videos for stories, reels, YouTube videos (both long-form and shorts)

Write engaging blog posts for our website

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build a loyal community around the brand

Monitor and address any negative feedback or issues that arise on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image

Required Skills
Proven experience in social media marketing and management

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing

Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities

Excellent writing and storytelling skills

Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices

Work Details
Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Starting pay: $3 per hour

Pay increase to $4 per hour after 3 months of proven work

Further increase to $5 per hour after 6 months of consistent performance

Quarterly bonus of $300 if specific goals are met (see below) -

BONUS GOALS
To qualify for the quarterly bonus you will need to meet the following goal: Achieve a 20% increase in average engagement (like, comments, shares, video views) across all social media platforms compared to the previous quarter.
