Thumbnail Designer

We're seeking a talented Thumbnail Artist to create engaging, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails. This part-time role can grow into full-time with consistent high-quality work.

What You'll Do:
- Design high-converting thumbnails that pop with shadows, saturation, depth, and versatile styles.
- Research the topic briefly to portray an accurate thumbnail that matches with the title of the video and intro of the script
- Revise designs based on feedback and meet deadlines consistently.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong design skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools.
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnail psychology.
- Ability to adapt to multiple styles and enhance thumbnails to stand out.
