Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative with great English, lots of enthusiasm, and, above all, unwavering integrity.

I own a cleaning business in Vancouver, Canada, that is 22 months old. We are growing quickly (doing more than twice the business we did this time last year), so you're working for a successful organization that is well-positioned to be around for the long term. You'd be joining a team of three other VAs who will train you.

What you'll be doing:
- Answering phone calls from prospective customers (quoting prices and closing leads)
- Managing bookings and rescheduling jobs
- Working with our cleaners and troubleshooting customer issues
- Hiring and onboarding cleaners
- Paying cleaners
- Billing customers
- And lots more!

After some months of working together, if you are doing a great job, there will be opportunities for wage increases. We are committed to providing a positive working environment and building a culture of honesty, diligence, and reliability.
