Operations Coordinator – Take Ownership & Help Us Grow!

We are a growing coaching and education company that helps people pass important exams and build their careers. Our company runs on connection, impact, and growth.

We need a smart, organized, and independent Operations Coordinator to help run our business smoothly.

This is NOT a simple task-checking job. This is a supervisory position. We need someone who can think like a business owner, solve problems, and take charge of our operations so the company keeps growing (clients and revenue). Prior business ownership or project management experience is a must.

What You’ll Do
???? Run the Business Smoothly
Make sure everything runs on time and works well.
Check reports from our team and give updates.
Solve problems and improve systems.

???? Help the Business Make More Money
Track our sales and goals to make sure we grow.
Find ways to get more customers and keep them happy.

???? Oversee Marketing & Customer Growth
Help create better ads, emails, and social media content.
Find out what customers need and how we can help them.
Make sure we turn website visitors into paying clients.

???? Manage the Team
Make sure everyone knows what to do and when.
Check on progress and give support.
Work closely with the CEO (me!) to bring ideas to life.

Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in Operations, Team Management, or Business Strategy.
? Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and how businesses grow.
? Experience leading a team and handling multiple tasks.
? Problem-solver who takes action without waiting.
? Good at writing and speaking English.

? Work Hours: Must be online during our co-working hours 12-5pm EST preferred.
