What you’ll be doing

1. Medical Billing & Claims Management: Manage billing statements, handle insurance claims, and determine which procedures are billed and to whom. You will also sort out any billing issues so payments go through, and verify that all information is complete and accurate.

2. Clinic Outreach: Make new friends and build connections with potential partner clinics and healthcare providers to promote our services. Increase patient referrals and get people excited to work with us!

3. Schedule Appointments: Be the warm and friendly voice that manages appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders. Ensure timely follow-up on patient appointments and post-session check-ins to make sure therapists and clients are perfectly synced, and that every client feels supported.

4. HAVE FUN at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!
