What you’ll be doing

1. Calendar Management: Help the Co-Founder & CEO manage their schedule, including setting up and confirming meetings with investors, operations leaders, and other business owners. Handle scheduling conflicts, prioritize appointments, and prepare any needed materials.
2. Culture & Team Building: Our goal is to create an amazing employee and client experience for our brands. You’ll help us do this by planning fun and unforgettable team building events.
3. Admin Projects: Partner with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Recruiting on various initiatives such as: employee swag, tiktok videos, research on the coolest places to hangout in BGC, IT equipment, HR documentation, and other ad hoc projects
4. Kaizen (Continuous Improvement): Work with the team and leadership to find ways to improve the Customer Experience. Focus on identifying small, consistent improvements in processes that, over time, lead to significant results and a better experience for everyone.
5. HAVE FUN at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!

What we’re looking for
