We’re Hiring: Remote Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Location: Remote
Hours: 2 to 4 hours per day (Part-Time)
Pay: $6 - $8 per hour

Who You Are
You love numbers, organization, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re experienced in bookkeeping, a pro at Xero, and take pride in accuracy. Most importantly, you’re looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping our financial records up to date in Xero
Reconciling accounts and tracking transactions
Processing invoices and payments
Monitoring expenses and cash flow
Assisting with financial reports and budgeting
Staying on top of financial organization so nothing falls through the cracks
Working closely with our team to ensure smooth financial operations

What We’re Looking For
- Expert-level proficiency in Xero
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Bonus if you have experience in real estate bookkeeping!
